Letters: Thai Night Market To the Editor: Having been to Chiang Mai myself, I was surprised the article “36 Hours in Chiang Mai, Thailand” (April 13) did not mention the incredible nightly market. True, it can be somewhat of a tourist trap, but it is a wonderful experience and I still kick myself over things I didn’t buy there as I thought I would find more and better things in Bangkok or Malaysia.
